To start off the process of making an immigration application, we first will have a consultation with you, the client, to take information with regards to the details of your circumstances, so we can advise you the best route to addressing your case. We offer a half an hour free consultation, either in the office or by phone, on an appointment basis.

During the immigration consultation session, your attention will be drawn to the weaknesses and strengths of the case so that the prospects of success can be increased, if possible. We will also address all the questions you may have in relation to your immigration matter including any questions relating to requirements of the immigration laws, documentary evidence, procedures and costs etc. Before starting your application, we will be upfront with you about the full costs of our services, as well as external costs, for example the Immigration Health Surcharge and Home Office application costs, so that there are no hidden surprises.

Below is a list of our services and the relevant fees for each service. Don’t worry if you are not sure which application is relevant to your circumstances, we will provide you with this guidance during your immigration consultation after taking details of your circumstances.
